Our take on a world-class sandwich! A loaf of Pane Mariano bread started with a layer of homemade tapenade and giardiniera. Then topped with Genoa salami, mortadella, Krakus ham, and sliced provolone cheese. Finally topped off with chopped romaine lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and red onions - all drizzled with a balsamic vinaigrette.
